now that we have got the south yorks up and running, we are now going to start the doncaster branch of the s/c, so any 1 on here who live in the areas of donny,thorne,hatfield,weatley, intake or any where in the bough of doncaster come and join us. pm and i get in touch

now got a meeting place to have our supporters club, its the sportsman in donny, first meeting will be next monday 18th, start about 7-30 every1 is welcome, need to get it running asap, any1 whos wants to join give me a pm and forward we shall go. steve

Where's the S Yorks one based mate, I'm moving to Sheffield at the end of this month.

Cheers for the PM chief - I think the Donny one might actually be closer than the S Yorks to where I'll be living so may come down to future meetings!

Question is whether they extend the existing pub or maybe tear it down and build a new one :)

Good luck to Donny SC. Had a stonking good time and lots of good craic playing for DRFC when I were a lad.

Im sure the owners have had a team in and there is definately space to extend UP,See Below.

I guess the owners wont mind us having a floor.

Nightmare getting a taxi from that place into the city center , side road traffic chaos ! Would have a beer or two more often there otherwise .

Tried it once pissed up , took me about an hour and a half to get to the northern quarter ..........never again ! Taxi !!!!
