I'm never in Philly, tho i'd love to meet you someday.
I'll also be spending the odd day in NYC and I've been trying to get the missus to take me to Miami for years, so maybe that will finally happen. I'm going to Atlantic City and Baltimore for a couple of nights too. I'll post in here every time I move.
i love bmore. slainte. top area...good food, nice people, enough slightly quirky things and eye candy to keep you interested.
plus, best crab cakes ever? hells yeah.
i love miami even more. my fave cities in the world, in no particular order: SF, Vancouver BC, London, Miami
cheers
If you're in town and are looking for suggestions on what to do in Baltimore, let me know. Lived in or around Baltimore pretty much my entire life, so I can tell you where those best crab cakes ever are located.
I live like an hour north of Bmore and try to get down once a summer. We should meet up for a brew somewhere !

Went to the Union-Revolution game last night. Me and the wife sat in with the Sons of Ben. It was a banging atmosphere, even if some of the songs were a bit cringeworthy. Union won 2-1, somehow, as they were outplayed, outthought and outfought for the first half. Freddy Adu (remember him?) scored a penalty to take the scores to 1-1.
Had a great time. It's always pleasing to see a packed stadium enjoying a game of footy, and this is a lovely little stadium.

Did bling, crap music, worse movies, teenage pregnancy and burgers become sections of the IQ test?
