I wouldn't put a fucking cat in a home with someone who wants a dog as part of his contract to play football.

Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

Sorry if I've missed it, but how many years would we want to extend his contract by? One? Five?
I'd happily give him 2 (extra) years on 120K, or 5 on 90. The difference being what kind of a saleable asset he'd be in the season prior to its expiration.

I thought he was improving before that, but maybe he was a good influence on Nige, I hadn't thought about it to be honest.

Lets face it, Nige limits his own game. When he is more expansive he's better than he thinks but he is still a weight lifter trying to kick a ball. We owe him a debt of thanks for his contribution but if theres a good tackler who can pass and move a bit better we should do it.

Spot on Dub.
Twitter is full of experts like that bloke in the pub who's heard a rumour. When you see the player actually holding up a scarf with the new team and the word "signed" on an official club website, then you can believe it.
Now that the Euros are coming to a close, we will embark on a silly month filled with Aguero to Real, Silva to Real, Dzeko/Tevez/Mancini's wife/Sons/Cat etc all really want to leave etc etc, and any player we are linked with will also in fact "really want to go to Utd" or "Utd will be in pole position for" like Nasri and Sneijder.

Because these people aren't COMPLETE mongs like AMerican pro atheletes. Look at fucking NFL players, is that the most dangerous job in the world? In very few business young men get killed at that rate. Sure they don't get killed or jailed on the field but still.
Also, has anyone who follows american sports noticed the absolutely amazing amount of arrests these people get. I mean I'm not even exaggarating if I say half of players in NFL has been arrested for one reason or another during their career.
Not even exaggerating? What the bloody hell do you consider exaggerating then? What you have written regarding half of the players getting arrested is a complete and utter fabrication in your own little world. You clearly haven’t a fucking clue what you’re talking about. Never let the truth get in the way of talking out of your arse eh?
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d5d8 ... of-arrests21 players arrested in NFL alone during THIS offseason. Think about it. Twentyone.
So quite clearly YOU don't have fucking clue what YOU are talking about. I know more about YOUR sports than you do.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I'd rather have him for one more year than lose him for a knock down fee now.
One of my fav players ever at City. If he goes I cant see us getting a replacement at a similar level on the cheap.
Stump up the cash!
