Yes, we as westerers should be unqequivocal in showing respect for laws in other countries and cultures , but when these countries are making countless billions trading in western markets, a bit of quid pro quo makes perfect sense. ( Yes I know the US still has capital punisnment , but not for drugs trafficking)
