Yes. that's massively right and spot on.
and that's also why I keep telling to go out with full guns when/if those very few which can actually improve our gameplan (see hundreds of Ted's posts) and its effectiveness come available for a deal, otherwise keep working on the solid foundations we have already laid and wait for next big opportunity to come.

we already have our own tranny, it's a difficult character to develop but got all the potential to be at that level in a couple of seasons.
and most importantly, it's just a mean bloke rather than an utterly selfcenterd shemale pretending red tinted bastid almost totally focused in attention seeking.
