Dunno lets hope we're not Russian into hiring a replacement. Although I'm sure khaldoon won't Minsk about.

Much more speculation coming out of Russia today that he's already signed a contract. Bookies have followed on and slashed their odds on him being the next manager to leave the Premier League, now the hot favourite.

Some news on the subject from @arturpetroysan on Twitter.

Suggesting bobby may have signed a contract handed to him by the Russian FA President who was recently sacked therefore contract may not be valid (If this story is true anyway)

I'll be hones I'm a bit worried about this

I'm getting that way, almost too much of a cock up for it to be all false. That guy on twitter from the Russian media made a good point, even if the contact he signed may not be valid, his position at City would be untenable. Suggestion seems to be Capello will be named manager, even though Mancini signed a contract which has since been found to be invalid, the club would have no choice but to sack him if that were the case.

If he still has one year with us, he can't go. End of story. He may sign with Russia next summer if he really wants that. But i don't think Bobby will decide in the middle of july to leave the club, after all that happend here. That wouldn''t be fair from his side.

On the other hand, don't think that our club don't have a backup plan for this. With Guardiola on top of the list and all that, but it won't be the case right now.

I think the fact that most of us are taking this quite lightly shows the confidence in Khaldoon and his minions to have every angle covered. Be gutted if Booby went, but I doubt it would be for long.

I actually think the club deliberately chose not to comment on garbage like this so media muppets can work themselves into a frenzy thus taking attention off what we're really up to!

If it was an Italian club, or even their national side, I'd be worried. But I don't really see Bob wanting a national team just yet, as it seems to be either your last job or the first one. Considering he's still seen as having problems at European level, I don't see him wanting to quit club football just yet and for Russia would be bizarre.

From the reports, it looks like a Russian power struggle where each has their own preference for the new manager. One of them would like Bob, which doesn't mean he'll get to choose or that Bob would take it. Nice to see him being linked alongside Guardiola etc though, as the prize that a would be investor could bring.

He's not going to win the Chump's league with Russia - so it's a load of Vladivostock.

I'd like to hear something from him to deny this though

He's not going to do that while he's negotiating a contract with us - he's a tactitian.
