Scapuzzi on for Yaya. yaya didn't seem too pleased (but I guess footballers never are when they're taken off so no news there)

why is Zabba playing on the left now? it seems Kolarov moved a bit further too

Been a bit underwhelmed by Razak. Was hoping for bigger things after hearing glowing reviews from Brighton fans. He can keep possession well, but also seems to be too hesitant and didn't show much of a longer passing range.

And wtf is up with not allowing Evans to have tape on his socks?

Is that a new rule, sub's while the ball is still in play?

Edit: Scratch that, must've been offside.

As far as I know the list of captains is Kompany, de Jong, Micah.

Not sure where Kolo features in the list now.

Not saying he did bad at all... just was hoping that he would have been a little further in his development. If he just listens to Yaya everyday, he should become great. He shows flashes and has the physical ability. Maybe a loan season (or 6 months) of regular football in the PL would step him up to the next level.

Marcos chose the wrong pass there.

I'm hoping one of the young lads would get a goal or a good assist to boost their confidence a bit

Lopes is only 16? He and Suarez look really tasty.

I have quite definitely nurtured with the idea of not to buy anyone else and work to develope our youngsters: Rekik, Razak, Lopes and Suarez will get very good if given time, patience and match times.
whether it will - "eventually"- cost us a trophyless season, I do not give a flying c**t.
Afterall we are not rags.

i guess the good news is that it took...

poor positioning from Zabs
a slow afoot Boyata
and somewhat crap goalkeeping tbf

to concede

shitty tho...child's play
