Maybe we are finally seeing Scuzpussy's true calling?

tbf he did a nice ball just after for Suarez. Still shit though.

Suarez is staking a claim here.

Not sure a game against the might of Limerick is where he should be making his claim.

To be fair to Suarez....it's hard to stake much of a claim in 8 minutes in a deluge in Beijing or a few minutes in Wolfsburg

As such, it's as good a place as he has available him to stake any kind of claim to anything

Exactly. Where else can he stake a claim at this point in his carrier?

He's taking the responsibility to run the show, something he couldn't do in the previous games as he was playing more of a Barry/Nige role in one & played it safe in the other. This is showing a glimpse of the talent he possesses.

It looks like he is in Mancini's thoughts for certain. Most of the time training with the first team squad last season and involved a lot so far in this pre season.I am not sure we are looking to strengthen the creative part of our midfield so he must have a chance of some starts this season or he should go on a proper loan somewhere to give him more game time and toughen him up.

He does have the skill factor and as long as that final ball improves we have a winner

As much as this may be lowly opposition there are some nice positives from tonight

Lescott looks full of confidence, Clichy looks sharp as does James Milner

Lopez looks like a lovely little player, Boyata IMO showing that he could play a part at City.....Suarez is the pick of the bunch

for FUCKS sake can we get rid of this remaining Mancini child....it is PREPOSTEROUS that the no-mark pair have even been here at all, even to fucking train.

If Hughes had pulled this....jesus wept, the mind boggles

We have a youth set up and a future to work towards and this remaining clown is going to play no part whatsoever in the latter. Fuming

I think it's a country called Ireland. If that is related to the Mancini part I fail to see what possibly relevance that has. The point is that we have players I assume we are trying to develop for some future benefit to Manchester City Football Club

I don't even think this remaining Mancini is under contract with us (thank god...although I'm surprised) so WHY ARE WE WASTING MINUTES OF FOOTBALLING EXPERIENCE WITH MANY OF OUR FIRST TEAM USING THE MANAGER'S CHILD

we can only assume that the other candidates who could have played are elsewhere working on their fitness and would not have benefitted from this game.Roberto Mancini knows Filipo has no part to play in our first team

well they either flew over or perhaps they are clones.

I guess you will have to decide which is the more plausible
