I hope he can become the player we'd like him to be.

Apologies for the tangent: I find it interesting how two young Israeli internationals feel no qualms at playing for those nasty Arabs at City and yet Englishman colin schindler can't get his head around it.

I'm always sceptical about players whose heads are smaller than the ball.

What's happening with this fella? I thought he was great in his trial games.

Video of his performances for us. He's very good on the ball. Would love it if we gave him a contract.

I assume exactly the same problem we had in Jan, no work permit, and he still has to serve national service. I expect negotiations on both factors are ongoing with various parties.

Looks decent.

Isn't scared to show for the ball, looks like he's always giving an option.

And doesn't fuck about with it. Some kids would use pre-season to try and show what they can do and often do too much. This kid looks like he just gets the job done and doesn't keep the ball for too long.

This lad looks great going forward with power and composure and plays with his head up. At the moment is dead meat defensively but our coaches can sort that (Kolarov, I know, lol). Like him a lot and looks like a cert to make it to my eyes.

He might not be the best tackler but he's certainly willing to get back behind the ball & try to make a block or interception, which is mostly what mifdielder's defending is about these days.

I like him but there's a fair few 'ifs' and 'buts' surrounding him, none football related though. For the price asking, it's a no lose.

Lost his bearings and opposing players very easily around the edge of our box, Ted. But going forward he looked the Db's

Like Didi Hamann once said, if you're running to make a tackle then you've already made a mistake.

Most players of his age are a bit green when it comes to that. Most of the young defensive mids at City get caught out just the same, as does Yaya Toure sometimes when he plays there.

At least Biton is willing to get back there & try, which, for such a skilled player, is a good thing & is enough material for Bob to work with.

girls have to do it for two fucking years as well. it's the 6th reich I tell you.

Perhaps when your population is 3million and you're surrounded by 200million Arabs who want to wipe you off the face of the earth national service is a good idea...

PS "Sixth Reich" is sick and offensive bud
