Common misconception. No 'they' don't always! Having a blue badge does not always mean free parking. Usually under disability discrimination act provision has to be made, wider spaces, parking closer to amenities but does not state parking has to be free.
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?

Blue Badge holders may generally park:

•on single or double yellow lines for up to three hours, unless there is a ban on loading or unloading
•at 'on-street' parking meters and pay-and-display machines for free and for as long as they need to
•in disabled parking bays

Back on topic, hope it goes well.
