Van Persie is fucking cunt of a person so he fits there perfectly.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

This is what I was saying; tbf it's perfect for both parties. He was a rag whilst playing at Arsenal. Some people are born rags. How they missed Suarez I'll never understand.

Is anyone in the media going to take Ferguson to task on that hypocritical fucking barbed shite he came out with (which Carl amongst others has referred to) about signing (& playing) young players ?

Only a couple of weeks ago, he was dissing us for signing 'ready made' players, whilst he signs youngsters (obviously the Glazers hadn't been pacnicked into coughing up for RVP at the time). Now they have shit themselves at the prospect of missing top 4 next season & given the old cunt some cash, he does what he's always done; pays over the odds. He fucking invented it.

Its a massive gamble for United. A new club, he simple won't be the main man as long as Rooney is there. He will have his training routine changed which will cause injury, different training pitch, different stadium all putting strain on those ankles and hamstrings.

Rags are fucked financially and committing that much money one 1 29 year old is NOT a good deal at all, it smacks of desperation. IF he gets injured for more than half a season, they are totally fucked.

No more signings for Fergie, I reckon thats his last one.

All those negative reasons scum fans had for us signing Van Perise earlier in the summer will now be used against them and the little hypocrite bastards will have to swallow all their last words.

Fergie normally signs players than strengthen the TEAM. He makes average players - Nicky Butt, Saha, P Neville, o'shea, Orange Brown look like great players, until they move on and you realise his trick is turning those average players into a world beating team. RVP plays for RVP. I have no doubt this will fail long term.

It does however scare me a little while he is fit and on the pitch with Weetabix head, but certainly no more than Aguero and Tevez would scare me if I wasn't a blue

I'm sure Vidic is more scared of Kun/Tevez than Kompany is of Shrek/RVP. But then again, Kompany isn't scared of anyone, if anything strikers fear him.

the way I see it

they have replaced Berbatov with Van Persie (probably)
they have replaced Ji-Sung with Kagawa
they have replaced prospect Pogba with prospect Powell
they have got (for the time being) Cleverley and Vidic back from injury
Scholes and Giggs (and Plug) are a year older
Smalling and Duncan are a year older

how much stronger does all of that that make them?

I'm not so sure.

Game on

They keep going on about him being top goal scorer last season. I keep telling them Berbatoss was the season before; but apparently he wasn't good enough for them last season...

Top scorer in a club focused purely on getting the ball to RVP in and around the box. When he plays for Holland he never got the same service, what happened there?

Well they now have a decent attacking third in theory, that is a definite improvement on last season but they are still struggling elsewhere (Cleverly is not the answer) & I am far from convinced about Ferdinand & Vidic over the season.

RVP though gives them another dimension, IF he produces & stays fit.

Their biggest adavantage over us two seasons ago, for all the bullshit, was crosses & set pieces. Now we score as many from set pieces & our crossing with the 3-5-2 was much better. Our set piece improvement closed the gap & won us the league, but they have just signed another specialist free kick taker. They have several top quality dead ball scorers already & we just have Kolarov, so they have an advantage to open up games that we don't have. So far.

The new manager of the Dutch national team, van Gaal, has stated that van Persie has fallen below Huntelaar in the pecking order. Huntelaar is now to be considered the main striker. VP will not be slotted in to another position, but has to try to win his starting spot back.
