Unlike the Van Persie Bollox, De Rossi does interest me. I reckon it's all down to De Rossi though.

It will be a wrench for him to leave Rome, but if we are genuinely talking to his agent, he must at least be considering it.

City have denied making a bid but still, neither the clubs, nor the agent or the player have denied there are talks.

We would not make any bid until the player agreed to come, that's the way we, and any other club, should work.

The one player I think could improve us in a weak area. Really happy if this is true.

Looked fantastic in the middle of a 352 at the euros too. Bring it on.

Don't know what to think of this, he is just the same player as Nige
and i really would like Nigel to stay. So Rossi for NDJ and Rodwell for Barry maybe?

There are one or two rumours floating around of a bid being accepted.

On another note, one of the lads on Bmoon who is often spot on with the itk stuff & generally straight up, says he's been told Sinclair is done.

No idea but he def doesn't want to come to us. I agree, we are now at a stage where they need to want to come.

I think he was open to it to be honest, we weren't open to the Dippers valuation. Nowhere near.

Mancini: I am sure that with 10 days of the market in font we will be a big player. We have bought Rodwell but we will buy yet. We managers we would like the players to arrive straight away but now we think about the Premier league"

Oh and:

"It's good that we bought Jack. What I said wasn't because I have a problem with Brian. When you're a manager you want to buy players quickly," Mancini added.

"At the same time it's difficult market, I appreciate that. I don't have a problem with Brian.

"It was important to start with one (signing). Now we have to concentrate on the game then we have 10 days to the end of the window. I'm sure we will."

We have .....

NDJ
Barry
Yaya
A Johnson
Milner
Silva
Nasri
Razak
Rodwell

And may add...

Sinclair & De Rossi?

I can't see any way these will all be happy competing for a place in the team irrespective of how many competitions we will play in. So something will have to give.

I fear A Jonno will be on his way - he has said he wants to discuss his future with the management and the fact hee needs games in order to become a regular for England. I know there are plenty who feel he could put more of a shift in, but I would hate to see him playing elsewhere in the prem.

I'd be disappointed to see AJ go, but I'll back whatever Bob decides, unless he keeps picking Savic.

Gazette dello Sport, the Italian paper is reporting De Rossi is 'seriously considering' Man City with our offer now up to £27.5m for Roma and a £145,000 per week salary for the player ...
