If we have a bad start, how long are we giving Mancini?

I dont believe we will replicate the phenomenal start we had last season, because teams are more aware, but Yaya will not be missing for two months after Xmas when we had our bad run. I expect to battle in the top four and depending where we are after Xmas put a serious challenge in for the title plus any cups were still in.

Why sack Mancini now when he's just starting to put HIS team together? Just to start from scratch again, also who are you realistically going to get in?

If humbly may, Steve, I guess You are missing a slight irony underneath this thread ;)

No, if we dont annihilate Saints on Sunday I know for a fact a couple of Moss Side lads on the bus will be whining about Bobby and his shitty Iti football. I just find the whole topic of sacking managers so quickly absurd, how are they supposed to have any impact without being given time, just look at the joke that's Chelski. DiMatteo has got to be odds on favourite to be sacked this weekend after a shitty pre-season and no charity shield, no?

Although I hate to bring it up, the scums success and stability with Taggart at the helm is no coincidence. Jelly 'n' Ice cream still on standby!

It's always matter of proportions, Mate.
I guess that even Sir Winston did not have a 100% consensus rate after he restored (with the contribution of plenty of American Blood, tbf) the freedom for all Western Countries.

When You put 100.000 person in a place, You will always have few that takes a couple of years to realise that:
Mancini is a senior football manager rather than a caretaker
Mancini is an attacking minded footballer, rather than a negative one.
Robinho will never strike back by winning a CL with an AC Milan or RM kit. he is just a talented loser misfit
Steven Ireland will never strike back by winning a title with an Arsenal, Rags or Chelsky kit. he is just a talented loser misfit.
Brian marwood will never be hired as sporting director at another leading football club.
AJ will hardly fullfill his talent. he is more keen to a soft spot comfort zone, rather than fight for his enhancement.
and so on...

As Sir Winston once famously said: " Indeed, it has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except all those other forms that have been tried from time to time.". If William Shakespeare was alive, his opinion and vote would count as my silly and useless one: that's the beauty and the limit.

But for the MCFC delight and sake, football ain't a democracy and MCFC is ruled by the best possible ruler: Khaldoon.

5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...

When I first joined this site I was more than a bit surprised to find a level of animosity/disdain for BM - after all we are all CITY fans.

Then I spent some time on BM and realised how the site was vulnerable to being drowned out by a bunch of juvenile attention-seeking idiots. I bet there are some really good fans on there but it is impossible to discuss / debate things CITY due to the plethora of threads started for no reason only than some child thinks it makes him look big to have his name against a thread.

You have to (if you have no life) to wade through countless pages of childish nonsense – real junior school stuff - to find the occasional mature comment that has some substance.

I now only go on there to see if ‘something has happened’ – confident in the knowledge that if it had there would be 20 threads on the subject

Fuck me this site is going the same way!! Is this some forum version of attracting plastics!!

Names of those plastic juvenile attention-seeking idiots who are ruining this forum with childish nonsense animosity/disdain for BM, please, or it ain't real.

Btw, do people are entitled to openly post genuine concerns over a big earning professional or all folks must avoid to read into CV and track records of this presumed professional, for the sake of the Club's enhancement, in order not to earn a label of plastic spoilt child? and being ignored... ;)
As well, in order not to earn a label of plastic spoilt child, must all folks state that Financial Fair Play Rules are as dangerous for City as the atomic bomb in the North Korean arsenal is for Southern Koreans, or people are entitled to look at Chelsea and PSG laughing at Platini, Big 14 and their set of rules, in the awareness that, particularly in recession years, no Investor will be condamned to major penalties, other than on tabloids?

then, again, if Mods and Senior Posters feel that criticism of Marwood is not safe for the forum sake, I for one, because I do love this forum, just need to receive a private message accordingly.

at my age anything aimed at me with the word juvenile should perhaps be treasured

I am beginning to think this site is considered a humour free zone by some. I think they are forgetting who they actually support. We are Manchester City, not Aldershot. They should go to www.aldershotfans.net

Well if it was a humour based thread - I will hold my hands up and say that I did not get it to start with - probably because I have no real experience of the OP's threads or sense of humour - so apols and I will try to 'lighten up.

My point still stands though - there have been an increasing number of 'posts for the sake of posts' and what seems to be 'attention-seeking' threads - which is probably why I responded to this one

I already have a fiver in for Paul Jewell being the next manager by Christmas.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?
