NDJ is a must. I'd go with Mario with Carlitos up front

I don't see any reason why we can't beat them comfortably today. There best defender is out and if carragher replaces him we all saw how slow and outmuscled he got against west brom's attack (never mind our attack). If coates comes into the fold he is still very inexperienced and will be chasing shadows and made a fool out of by our superior attack. Im going for a comfortable 2-0 win, tevez and balotelli the scorers.

Mario will just get sent off against these, dzeko is abit gash without service.

Start tevez up top on his own I say.

I've got a good feeling about Mario in this game. Don't ask why.

DH said Dzeko looked good in training through the week, and he was brought on ahead of Balotelli last week. Expecting him to start.

i wouldn't be surprised to see Dzeko start, he was getting bigged up on the official site's pale immitation of one of Doug's reports too.

Good shout.

Nasri Yaya Silva
Rodwell de Jong

Or maybe give Milner a start ahead of Rodwell.

Probably, maybe, a fully game fit Mario would be more useful to exploit Liverpool weakness in the back, but I very much doubt he may be deemed to be fully game fit.
also, as previously said, I feel Edin is a great striker and a top bloke, I feel he deserves to be challenged to prove his value, taking the occasion fm Sergio stop. I'd be quite disappointed with the gaffer if he won't start regurlarly up to and including the Stoke game.

Further, if we have to believe in Ted's wise intelligence of the Mancini pressers. Mancini mentioned Mario as a potential replacement of Sergio, just to say and "then we also have Edin". Translated, because I think that Ted is, once again spot on there, Dzeko is first in the picking order, if nothing happens in pre-match, imho.

Resting Silva is a good move, imo. I just hope Mario can step up and shoulder the responsibility.

Not surprised to see Silva and Lescott on the bench after last weeks shite but seeing Kolo there gives me the jitters.
