Tevez

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Tevez

Postby Original Dub » Sun Aug 26, 2012 2:48 pm

Just did a full interview on Sky in English.

Said he would like to stay longer than the two years that's left, which I was surprised at.

The little cunt put us through the ringer, but here's the question - Do you want him to sign a new contract or do you want him gone?

After Messi and Tranny, there is Tevez. No doubt in my mind.

But what can stop him going berserk again?

On the field no one can judge the fucker. He always had that maniac approach on every ball.

I like to think of myself as open minded enough to give him a chance, which is why I'm reserving judgement until the end of the season - despite wanting to skin him alive and hang/draw/quarter his raw bleeding remains a few months ago.

True.

The cunt was my favourite player even before he came to England and would have been my all time favourite City player had he not pulled that shit.

The thing is, he looks really serious about this season. Like that little breakdown and golfing trip to Argie sorted him out. A stone lighter and finally a good grasp of the English language.

I suppose that question mark will always hang over him, but I have a feeling he could run it close for POTY this season.

I think he may be pulling me back in, the bastard.

His weight is a very good sign that he's got his head straight, I thought it as soon as I saw him this season. If he can keep it straight all season everyone will benefit not just himself.

Tevez is absolutely brilliant so if he really wants to stay then he can sign for another 4 years all he wants.

He never stopped being my 6 year old's fave player. I feel lucky he's sorted things out. An amazing player.

I suppose it's what mancini thinks that really counts. If he wants him the club will negotiate a new contract at the end of the season I reckon.

If Tevez performs throughout the season and seems sincere, there's no reason not to keep him. He's an idiot but he has the chance to be our idiot... or something like that.

I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

If you think of the strike as depression, a mental illness, does that change your opinion?

Personally hope he stays, Herman has repaired a lot of bridges so I'm happy to give him the benefit of the doubt for now

I think he is fine aslong as zaba and sergio stay. Zaba especially as he helped sergio settle in when he arrived.
