I take it they are playing in the orange/yellow number, that's Nike for you.

Dreadful, looked like they were playing in an orange kit and had been stood chest-deep in yellow paint in their warmup.

Over the last few years they have had a habit of producing some of the most garish, horrendously fluorescent away kits ever seen but this one makes the eyes bleed to another level. It looks like an upside down tequila sunrise

Last year's was also horrible. Looked like a fucking pyjama.

Their home shirt this season is also gash:

If this is the sort of kits we will get when we move to Nike next season, I will be very disappointed. Come to think of it, the table cloth the rags are wearing is also Nike...

i really don't think we're losing our Umbro design team guys...i wish someone from the club or the vendor would confirm that, because it's actually pretty important to me. We are their flagship, and the branding shift i believe is just to give Nike some visibility. It was probably written into the contract that way in fact.

Last season's tops weren't fantastic compared to the first couple years, but this years are pretty swell again. Can't think of a team's kit story that's better over the last 4 years.

This Barca stuff is fucking gash. it's so sad.

I think someone mentioned this a few weeks back, but that new Rangers top is fantastically old school beautiful. That's the kind of stuff i think all footy fans love these days, not the fucking hypothermic, digital-ish, 4-color fucking gagortion of a top that's getting rolled out far too often. And yes, by Nike.

Or it could be the fact that Nike is selling the Umbro brand. Since it has been a money loser for them.

Both Barca kits look like they've been coloured by the same guys who used to do the colouring for MS Word Art.
