Brazil v Oman no Robinho

Watching the match. Its 88th minute and no sign of Robbie. He was on the bench though. Sounds good. Hope he'll be fit to take part in Saturday's match.

On topic but a little off, if you no what I mean? I enjoyed the last line!

Robinho: "No representative of mine participated of a recent meeting that supposedly took place in the Arab Emirates to discuss matters related to me, as published in a Spanish newpaper. My only representative is my father, Gilvan de Souza and he is not in the Arab Emirates. And my only spokesperson is my father´s assistant: Evandro Souza. I am in Doha with the Brazilian team and right now my only concern is to recover, in order to return to the fields with City!"

Strange isn't it that Garry Cook, Mark Hughes, Robinho and even the works cat have refuted the papertalk, yet the stories keep coming; if he went, then the club would have no credibility whatsoever. However, I feel that integrity is one of our strong points and cannot see the CEO, Manager and player coming out with statements that will turn out to be lies!

Robbies going nowhere!

I wonder when those that have lambasted him on this board will be issuing theirs also?.......the majority of posters here who have never wanted Robinho here from the word go "but say they hope he stays", also whinged when it said in the press that he said this, or said that about City.....no truth was ever got or requested, just a bashing for Robinho.

I hope he never sees this board, he will think only an handful of us here appreciate his talents.

Mate, I don't think anyone on here had a problem with Robinho until you took his name in vain ;-)

I demoted him Beefy.....he is a higher being than the one I likened him to.

Best player I have EVER seen in a City shirt (this is not RIG's dad btw, he saw Mercer's team!), IMO better than Ali B, Eyal, SWP and even Georgi boy....though that is close!
