Duncan Castles however reporting a lower figure ... Javi Garcia will cost #mcfc £15.8million + £2.4million in variables, making it more or less an £18.2million deal. (via @DuncanCastles)

Super deal if true.

He is worth well over £20 mill. I guess these deals can be had if you shop on the deadline day!

Doesn't he die on TCM2? That sheriff chainsaws him at the end.....and then it just ends with that women welding at the top of those stairs.

the "new" 2? Not in the original i don't think....

It's inspired me to do a session with both House of 1000 corpses and Devil's Rejects this weekend.

cheers

I watched House of 1000 Corpses and DR before I watched both Texas Chainsaw Massacre 1 & 2 and can see EXACTLY where Zombie got his inspiration from.

Same level, Garcia slightly older and a tad smaller.

Both are incredibly similar players though. Midfield powerhouses with a nack of nicking a goal or two.

genuine question fella, how much have you seen him play? Seem to know a lot that's all. I know next to nothing about him, found out from wiki he's Luis Garcia's cousin though.

Champions league games and a few derby games in Portugal. Can't say I studied him in depth but he stood out in the games I saw, especially against Chelsea where he scored. Looks the real deal. Should settle quick too with all the Spanish speakers at the club.

Just going to be another string to our bow. He'll most likely take over the role de Jong was occupying until he establishes himself.
