some lovely football at times, that final killer ball is all that's missing. Dunno how Clichy isn't getting in the team, must be bullying Mancini jnr or something.

Silva looking good again and Tevez scaring defender.

Rodwell and yaya look a lot more comfortable with each other now too.

HOW MANY FUCKING CHANCES DO WE NEED BEFORE WE PUT THE BALL IN THE NET?!

As you can tell, it's very frustrating :)

magnificent, entertaining FOOTY.
should have been a 1st half massacre with a little focus in the box.
all good. season is taking off now after the international summer.

side note: fabio da silva may be young but clearly has already learnt the cunt trade at the swamp.

I think we all agree a few years back Swp would have left him for dust.Good teams will counter us down the left when he is in the side.

We should be at least 3-0 up, but we do look good at times. Rodders is getting better each game and isnt afraid of getting involved.
Just need to kill QPR off now.

Superb football in the first half - an absolute joy to watch.

But we're far too wasteful, really need get a second early in the second half.

Tevez is looking great up front and nice to see Silva looking back to his normal self.

Rodwell's been really good. That own goal would have put Pollock to shame, though.

Rodwell looked great in that first half, should have shot not passed though.

The more I see him the more I feel he's a Yaya type player not a CDM. He needs to be pushed forward!

Love how quick he is to close in on players in posession, looking very comfortable bar that hoofed interception could have been a freak goal.

We should had burried it, hope they won't come hard on us in the second half, like what happend in the first fixture, with Southampton.

Good display from Rodwell, Yaya, Zabs and Nasri and even Big Ed. He created a lot of spaces today.

Surprised that nobody has picked up on Silva . why didn't he pull it back? He sold the defender and his left foot is 10x better than his right foot.Secondly what was that 'wank' clearance from our penalty area ? when he had all the time in the world ? Possibly telling Maureen , muriel, jose , what ever she is called that we are shit perhaps ?

Sacked in the morning? We need another goal and then just cruise for the rest of the game. They are apalling.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

How has Hughes signed all these players yet completely neglected the need for some decent centre backs

Wonderful football there. Feel a bit sorry for Dzeko, though. he was lined up for a tap in (once again).
