"Seat Exchange"

Postby Manx Blue » Wed Nov 18, 2009 12:36 pm

Afternoon all!

Does anyone know why the club terminated the seat exchange service, and is there going to be a similar service found as a replacement?

Apologies if there is already a thread, but I couldn't find it

Cheers

I think the club terminated their association with them for whatever reason before the Burnley game but then decided to honour any tickets bought thru S/E for that game

Here is the official statement from the OS -

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Club would like to inform supporters that the Seat Exchange service has been regrettably terminated.
All transactions that have taken place for the Burnley, Hull and Chelsea games will be honoured by the Club.

Supporters who have yet to receive confirmation of their ticket for any of the above games are advised to contact Supporter Services on 0870 062 1894 option 2 or email supporterservices@mcfc.co.uk

No idea, but I know that the club aren't the only people to have had issues with seat exchange.

I've only ever had positve experiences of seatexchange - I hope they set up a similar arrangement with somebody else it was the only way i could get half decent Level 2 seats.
