However I paid 60 for each ticket so therefore am I correct in assuming that the age category for the season tickets I purchased just for this game dont count, and that as the holders of the season tickets cant go and I have theoretically purchased theres for this game, it just means I have bought two adult tickets? help please

Elitist bullshit.
I didn't go for Platinum last season as I thought it was wrong to be asked to pay extra just for 'loyalty' points.Guy Debord wrote:I tried to sell my ticket for the QPR game on through Viagogo but I couldn't cos it's a gold card and it only applies to Platinum or Superbia cards.

However, part of the reason we decided to go for it this season was because of the ticket exchange. We missed 4 or 5 home games last season and let the tickets go for ridiculous amounts, usually £10-£15!
We figured that we could easily recoup the extra £50 needed to upgrade to Platinum by using Viagogo to sell tickets for games we are unable to attend for more realistic amounts.

Me too, though I bought Platinum last season. I let my Rags ticket go for £30 which was about the best price in the land, given the magnitude of the match. My Arsenal ticket went on Viagogo and the whole thing is very smooth. I'll be happier once I receive payment after the match and will wait to fully judge it then.

In a word, no.
It's my understanding that you have to qualify in terms of having appropriate loyalty points just like any normal prem away game. For example, if tickets were available to seasoncard holders with 5000 points or more, you'd need to have the appropriate loyalty points before applying for ticket.
In a nutshell, you're fucked if you haven't got a healthy amount of loyalty points (or know someone who has).
