Come on folks. Stories please.

Mine's dead boring-no juicy details.

Did it all myself. Flew out from Heathrow 11am Tuesday. Cab to Hotel, which was walking distance of Plaza Mayor. Went up there sank a few beers and watched the impromptu footy matches going on. Old bill were there but just watching from the other side of the square and keeping their distance. Chatted to a blue in the bog in one of the bars, nice friendly bloke. Saw him in the stadium with a big bruise under his eye and a couple of cuts on his cheek, he must have been in the bar that was cleaned up by Old Bill. Gary Owen was at a table in the Plaza Mayor with a group of about 12.
Tube up to the match, beer in a bar next to the ground which was full of blues-not sure if we arrived just after the clearout.
After the match tube back to Plaza Mayor for a couple more beers-it was very quiet and places closing up.
Plan home at lunchtime the next day. Robbie Savage got on after us, pleased to see he was back in the economy seats. Good old BBC not wasting licence payers money.
Perfect trip apart from the result.

I must need my head feeling but I don't dislike Savage nowadays which I know will mean I'll be blackballed by some on here

Ps. Sounds like a cool trip mate, very envious!

I went with sport options on a day trip which meant 0515 to meet the lads at Manchester airport super quick check in and straight in the bar for bacon butties and a pint except for dunc who checked in and went for a messy pooh.

Upon arrival in Madrid we were Put on a coach to near the centre it was miles away near a park so then we took a leisurely walk from pub to pub and got a train to sol where there was loads of blues in some square. More beer and another walk around where we found a nice little bar serving bottles €3 for 5.

We took the train up to the ground nearly got pick pocketed in a boozer near the ground. Went in a fantastic stadium with escalators to get upstairs. You all know the outcome from there and then bus picked us up after the game and I was back in bed at about 0430

Good day

In a nutshell yes, I was going to go in that pub but got pursuaded to go into another one further along. Three of my mates have batton wounds on their bodies.
