Have to agree. Rodwell has been more impressive, IMO.

+1

Garcia's position can make the difference, distribution, keeping up with play and giving the full backs and Yaya confidence to push fwd. Garcia doesn't seem to be settled into the squad enough for what is a very big game.

I can remember at least 3 occasions where we should have concede a goal. Luckily, we didnt.
I think 2nd half we'll be much better.

We just need to aim and pass the ball better.
The most important thing for a forward is speed of thought. Top players read the game.

I'm not sure which channel I'm watching but I swear they are both Arsenal fans, you'd think they were the home team. They've not even shown any decision replays for us but they were all over that Gervinho non-penalty. There now talking all about the Arse again, City not getting a shout. Townsend, should've guessed.

Anyway, we still don't look right. Too slow in attack and allowing Arsenal to press us high up. Garcia looks a little lost and seems to have taken over from what some used to accuse Nige of; passing it back, square, short but never forward.

Lescott's a lucky boy on 2 occassions but at least chased it back to put them under pressure. Good goal though, no stopping that.

Looking to the second, we need to start controlling the game and push them back when pressing. Easier said than done but we do have it in the locker, we're champions ffs. Even a few longballs over the top to make them think and get the ball forward quicker. We need to stop tippy-tapping up to their area, bringing more and more players forward, only to lose it and let them hit us on the break.

Sort it out boys.

Come On City!!!

Rodwell for Sinclair.

Sinclair wasn't the worst on the pitch in the first half. If its tactical fair enough.

Rodwell on for Sinclair..interesting.

Sinclair was better than his debut but not bad. I don't like him defensively though.

Rodwell is coming on for Sinclair, we're going with three in midfield.

A bit selfish there by Kun. We had three players in good positions.

Had to do it. We were being overrun in central midfield. I don't think Sinclair played very well but this is an essential tactical change to match up with the Arse.

If Kun would just have gone down, he would've gotten the penalty.

Example of the fucked up modern game, Aguero could have gone down, he was fouled, but he wanted to play the advantage, ends up being none, so it should have been a pen for contact in the box.

Scum would have got 2 penalties for that!
