You have to say Mancini's had a couple of shockers. The starting 11 looked wrong for the last two matches and Dzeko was hard done by in being taken off. I'm afraid Silva should have made way for Tevez. Our defence is shite both Kompany and Lescott look a shadow of themselves. Still remember how awful we were against the Arse away last season and remember what happened next.

It's hard to get that optimistic mate. We look so different to last season, so hugely different. I've no idea what the fuck is wrong.

Me neither. We look like scrapping to get in the top 6 at the moment.

Poor performance surrendered too much possession, had nothing in the middle of the field. We just don't look settled team, I don't think Mancini knows his best 11 yet.

Weird enough, no? If you wake up every City fan in the middle of the night they will tell you without hesitation that first eleven.

Let's look on the bright side, we didn't lose. Arsenal are a very good team and we are the Devil to their Halo. Wenger hates us with a passion and it transcends through his team.

I think we looked good the second half until Edin went off and we could've gone on to win it, with a bit of look. We move on to the Villa game and wonder what the team will be. Will it be youthful as I hear Saurez will be in the squad, or will we go with the tried and trusted?

We wait and see.

PS. I think the 3 stars saved our day, it could've been far worse.
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

only teams this season that have been impressive, to me, are Everton and Swansea.

Chelsea and ManU have both looked like crap most of the time, like us, but they have been able
to pull out a win...whereas we haven't. we need to get our shit together sharpish.

I think that's fair. It also really grates extra hard because if we were remotely near the mode of last season, we'd be top now and looking to dominate. The league is not strong, lots of ordinary teams. Arsenal look as good as anyone, to be fair to them.

Kompany needs dropping 2 games ago. Nasti and lescott to start against fulham because i can't be arsed watching berbaspac score a hatrick against us.

Vinny got a lot of stuff right today amongst the mistakes. If we put a solid midfield in front & give it a few games, our back 4 will come back. Silva isn't there yet & if anyone was going off, it should have been him, but imo no change should have been made as we were having our most cohesive spell of the season.

Taking of Dzeko but leaving Aguero, who has just come back & Siva who was wasting all our chances, was appalling management. Dzeko imo was playing the best half I've ever seen him play at City. Absolute joke.

I fully agree with you Palus, Edin was our best player in the 2nd half and he should have stayed on. But can you pls do us all a huge favour and correct your (wath)s to WHAT !! I'm not talking about this post only !

I think you guys are still the team to beat. I'm not sure when you're due to actually play either Chelsea or ManUSA, but a morale-boosting win would be just what the doctor ordered. It 'cuts the neck' of such competitors, in my opinion. Irrespective of what the media may tell you, neither Chelsea nor Manchester United ARE that strong.

I'd just get Mancini to show tapes to the team of exactly HOW they were playing last season. That should be enough to get em going again! (Because, let's face it, the personnel has hardly changed dramatically, has it?)
