Barry,Kolarov,Pants,Kolo,Milner should hang their heads in shame.

Suarez and Razak are young so wont get slated but seriously they need to have a word with themselves.

I am sure Radio Manchester said Panti didn't have a chance with any of them. Looked like he patted two down for goals from what I saw.

That was terrible..Where was the defending and tackles goin in? They went through us like butter.. Whats Bobby doin with his tactics..How many more goals are we going to let in before he realizes the system is 100% wank.

Just to put the record straight, we went to a back 4 when JL went off & were far worse than with 3. Panti, Kolo, Nasti are not good enough. Nasti will be provided his arse doesn't go but doubt he'll be ready this season, he was Stephen Jordan for the last hour; legs & brain went. Kolo has lost it, Panti is shit, Barry isn't fit. Amazing tget we only lost by 1 goal in Spain with Garcia, Barry & Nasti in same team.

Some of our attacking play 2nd half was great but missed chances. Tevez worked hard but got in the way. Mario will get slated but he was fucking good.

On the stretch mate. Usually you'd get away with it in training, not in a game.

4 goals says nothing otherwise. Which begs the question, what about the rest of the team?

Left as the fourth goal went in, never left early before!

I was thinking back to the old days when 'your not fit to wear the shirt' used to sound round the ground for a group of lads trying but clearly not good enough.

We (not mancityfans.net but the collective, entire, all of football, we) talk up players who are clearly good enough but tonight have proved that they just do not want to try at the moment.

If Villa are drawn against Swansea, Swindon, Leeds or Bradford away (all days out) in the next round i will be fucking fuming!

It wasn't a team, it was just a bunch of players. Personally I was well impressed by the attitude of Mario, Tevez & Dezeko. They all played like it was a proper game.

didn't get to watch the game or listen out here in Taiwan ... saw the highlights but it was only the goals. From reading through this thread we played absolute shit, seeing the result it isn't hard to believe.

Ted, you mention balo's attitude was good, any comments about his general play throughout?

surely our defense is better than Soton's....although, at this point, who really knows.

Ted, you must be joking about Mario, he looked like he could not give a toss, he fucked up possesion for fun, mis controlled the ball for one of there goals found himself offside with the North stand sceaming for him to get back on. Sorr Ted, the team the weather and Mario were SHITE FROM START TO FINISH. One great free kick on a worrying night for those who bothered. Form is not a tap you can fuck about with. PISS POOR EFFORT, Good luck to Villa.

That was laughably horrific. Villa should have been 2 up at half-time and fully deserved to win.

Next time Kolo Toure pipes up about wanting to play more, just show him a DVD of that match. 8 games played this season, 16 goals shipped - therein lies the problem.

4th place is the target now?

Are we spurs?

Fucl me, i could have sworn we just won the league playing like swashbuckling pirates in some 1950s blockbuster epic.

cheers
