I'm confident Mancini is the right man for the job.

However i am very concerned with what i have observed this season.I can't actually get any grasp of what he is trying to achieve on the pitch with the team and it's obviously failing in spectacular fashion.

Really i just don't get what he is trying to do or why, as we were playing a beautiful brand of football and had the best defense in the league.He worked so hard to achieve this for us so why is he undoing all his good work i just can't make sense of it.We seem to have no direction on the pitch our tactics and formation are constantly changing between and within games.

After seeing us surrender a lead 5 times in the past 3 games, alarm bells are starting to ring.Heading into this weekend with Fulham away a clean sheet has to be a priority we have to get our defensive issues ironed out.

Please just get back to basics.

That is wath i m saying w are losing on mentalfront with this lost m now we going from Champions to geting thorn apart from Vila who is really not club who should give us 4 goals do not care who is playing and i know if i was Fulham player i would not have cold feet now, they will charge at us ,so we will see now could Bob use that or not, next game is or we are come back or we are falling apart its that big game and ffs one clean sheet please , Kompany Lescot Clichy ,and Zabba with Yaya Rodwell Silva and Nasri iff he can play if he cant put Milner on team and attack for me is not mather really we score every game we will score there but we must return to something familiar and defend well , we recive so much goals it s not possible that is just form of players and when u caunt Hart saves we it could be a lot worse , only Hart and Yaya are on level that we need and i do not get what hes doing with these constant rotation we are lost, common Bob fix it , win next one and we will come to life , he must lift spirit , here rags having a field day with me i got like 20 msg with just writing 4 from Vila :) fuckers with there penaltis and red cards how there is no biger complains there abaut how rags have reffering like Juventus in they days , when they have one season 43 pens for them and not one against them.Really i m starting tothink that we will have hard fight for Cl i know it s early but it s worse and worse and i hope i will read these in few weeks and think what a panic guy.WE NEED A GOOD WIN IF WE CAN WITH CLEAN SHEET , did we won these season anybody by two goals difrence ?

Yes, it appears we have no direction on the pitch until we actually concede a goal, then it sinks in that we are in a competitive football match.

If this indifferent form continues and god forbid Yaya sustains an injury then we could swiftly find our whole season derailed, perhaps leading to a mass exodus in the summer.

I dont think you need to worry about him playing the strongest possible team vs Fulham, he simply HAS TO.

I don't know if you saw the OS interview he had after the game at Stoke, but he said two things:

1) Handball at Crouch and "ez basketball".
2) He confirmed that he wants only 3-5-2. He doesn't want to play 4-2-3-1 or other systems we had the past two and a half season and he is keen to go all the way with this insane idea.

The squad doesn't like it, that is for sure + there is something behind the closed doors that we don't know.

Joking apart, it was actually Mancini bringing on Dzeko that proved to me he didn't give a fuck. Barry was like an asthmatic tortoise by then, the defence was playig like shit but we were regularly creating chances & looking like scoring. The last thing the team needed was another centre forward.

Mancini brought on Dzeko hoping that either we would score, or, due to the fact that we had no midfield & no defence; Villa would score & we wouldn't go into extra time. It didn't work.

Exactly what I said at the time. He cared more about not having to go through extra time than about winning and/or resting players who don't seem to feature in his plans for a starting XI in the near future.
