John Gudetti

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Im not saying Messi doesn't train hard, just that his magic is innate and he was born to play football - disagree entirely about Ronaldo, I think he was born to be a generic sports person with some talent and potential BUT has exceded it through determination and relentless training. His game to me seems to be more about precision, like he's an engineer where Messi is an artist.

I think it's the other way around. Messi is about precision and Ronaldo is an artist. All his moves and feigns and tricks and step overs, it's all about showing off with Ronaldo, whereas Messi just wants to get a cut through pass from Xavi/Iniesta so he could place it past the keeper, or to dribble past defenders and cross the ball himself.

The difference between Messi and Ronaldo is their personality. Ronaldo loves himself. Wants to be in the spotlight all the time, where Messi just wants to play football. No doubt Ronaldo works hard in training, but he has a crappy attitude.

Looks like they will be putting a shit stirring, rag perspective on things, just like the media over here.

Sky were just claiming he is about to sign a new deal so Mancini must really rate him if that is true. I couldn't think of any reason for his inclusion in the Chumps Lg squad, as he probably won't be match fit til Christmas, but the rumours of a new contract go some way to explaining that; City proving to him that he is part of their plans.

What a fucking moaner he is.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

That's the girl who was in the OC, isn't it?

I've heard a rumour before (poss. on here?) that her family are City fans.

Mischa Barton was born in Hammersmith,[1] West London,[2][3] to an Irish mother,[4] Nuala (née Quinn),[5] a photographer, and an English father, Paul Marsden Barton,[5] a foreign exchange broker from Manchester.[1] Barton's grandfather on her mother's side was a Gaelic language professor at the University of Belfast.[6] She has two sisters, younger Hania and elder Zoe, a barrister in London.[7][8] Barton briefly attended St. Paul's Girls' School in Hammersmith,[9] but her father's work took the family to New York City when Barton was six years old. In 2006, ten days after her twentieth birthday,[1] she became a naturalised citizen of the United States. She has retained her British citizenship and, in reference to her English roots, states "I actually feel more comfortable in England a lot of the time",[10] yet stresses that, "I like people to discern that I'm an English-Irish girl who grew up in New York."[1]

Could well be true mate.

Haven't read the transcript as it came up in Swedish on the app. But City have re-tweeted some tweets from Guidetti where he's not happy by the way they've put that show together with some clever editing.

He hasn't got a leg to stand on really, he (and his reps) should have made sure what he said was clear and be involved in editing so not to twist his words. He'll learn (the hard way). I seems like a moany bitch anyway...Mancini needs to whip him into shape.

As I said I haven't read it so don't know what or where it was but I presume the club should have sanctioned it. If he has therefore been messed about, the club need to think about should they be more involved or at least insist on the player having editorial control before allowing it.

A lesson for all involved by the look of it

Wow.

You are alot braver than I am. I would never dare to make up my mind purely on out of context articles from the likes of Sun that are lousy translated (first from swedish to norweigan and then to english).

The show havent been aired yet... I´ll wait with my verdict until tonight.

None of the tabloids have ran this story because even they realise it's bollox. Why would any of you give this credence? and worse still slag the lad off based on it?
