Not sure about his weasel words about how the support of the fans means a lot to him.

I take my 12 year old nephew and he loves trying to get an authograph or two after the game. Today edin walked up the ramp to get to a waiting taxi. When met by about three people asking for his signature, one of which was my nephew he just scowled, brushed everyone aside and claimed he was in a rush - clearly a few autographs would have made him so much later.

He's not the only one who behaves like this - shame players forget about trying to make connections with the fans. Credit to Micah and kolo who stopped to give the waiting kids their autograph.

I think that's a bit selfish. Whenever people I know have met him he's been nothing but nice and has always taken his time, especially with kids. Perhaps this time he was actually in a hurry, or had just been dumped by Palus and needed some time alone?

Ha ha ha. Or perhaps he was off on a hot date with palus. I take your point, but there were three kids after his signature so I just think it was pretty poor show. As I said though he's not the only one and I think it's a shame they don't try and make the connection with the supporters a little more.
