'm after one as well. I live half an hour from the stadium, so it would feel really strange having to watch the game on the telly.

Do you guys know what section of the Dutch Swamp has been allocated to City? Seems to be loads of tickets available in Holland.

Ajax don´t sell blanc tickets, you´ll have to book a package for about 150€ witch included Ticket, a souvenir and some money on a card to buy food/drinks inside the ground.

@Noolie: Many tickets on viagogo, prices starts at 80€. But they only sell to people outside the UK....

Lookin myself for tickets there but workwise I`m not able to decide a week before Kickoff..

Tickets sold out on day 1. Twitter is rife with claims that the ticket office fucked up and put them on general sale, hence the virtual immediate sellout. Absolute farce if this is true and the club need to sort it by recalling or voiding those who purchased without the correct points total.

It's not impossible to think that we did sell out at 8,000 points. Not sure if I read that we only got around 2500 tickets which isn't a lot

Unfortunately it's also not impossible to think that the rumours are true.

I think the predicted sellout, based on the points criteria originally published on the OS was Monday? They're normally pretty accurate with that sort of stuff too.

I had seen the tickets on Viagogo, but don't want to be sat between the Ajax supporters! Anybody on here got a ticket so they can tell me which section(s) to look for?? or possibly get a group of us together if home section is the only option?

I believe that the CITY allocation is 415 - 416 - but I am repeating that 3rd hand - although from someone who should know

I have just bought via worlticketshop - and managed to get a return flight from Heathrow for £120 which surprised me - 2 nights in Amsterdam - not done that for many years

( wasnt sure where to post this)

new fan group

The name is: The Citizens.

The idea is to improve the atmosphere at Manchester City with a dedicated European style fan movement.

This will consist of a rehearsed Capo/Leader guiding fans through songs, alongside the Capo will be a Drummer.
The Drum will help keep rhythm whilst singing. ( the drum is only idea btw may or may not happen)
The Capo will be stood at the front of the fans, preferably higher up on a box.

This is entirely influenced by European fan culture witnessed in The Etihad, some of which include Aris, Lech Poznan and more recently Borussia Dortmund.

Yes we are copying. But eventually our own things will take form. "The Poznan" was actually done by Aris 20+ years before Poznan, and then we copied them.

Fans in this area/block will be required to sing and go along with the Capo(s)

Sky Blue/White is the main colours of choice.
Scarves, Bandanas, T-Shirts, Wrist Ties, Hats, Anything City Colours is liked and needed.
The more colourful the better.

A Scarf is needed for some of the songs when everyone in the section raises a scarf.

This is a new project and takes time to build and rehearse.
The likes of Aris have been doing this for many years.
This is why they come across so well when creating atmosphere.

We have decided to go with the Chelsea EDS game as the first Rehearsal.

Sunday 4th November, 12:00pm Kick Off.

here is the graphic

Image

Then 4 days later is the Juventus game on the 8th November, 7pm kick off.

Entry is £3... it's on a sunday, no excuses guys, come along and let's get this going.

The Facebook Page: http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Citiz ... 7249542852
Twitter: @CitizensM

* We already have a Capo. We need one more.

* We need someone with a Drum ( just an idea btw)

* We also need a Megaphone

This can be a costly thing to get off the ground, so if you can contribute in anyway in Banners, Scarves, Flags... Or money to buy these items please get in touch.[/quote]

just agree with there aims btw and wasnt sure where to post this. btw there is a topic on bluemoon forum about this. the drum is only an idea btw. they are in talks with the blue alliance apparently.

I've always found ropes better at getting me down from places. Still...

Unless your'e rope has one of these on it, but if it does they may not let you in

Ahemm..... 410/409 is home area only......

F-Side (former hooligan group) and Ajax Ultras sit/stand in those blocks.
Similar to CoMS home and away area is nearly next to each other.....

And at the end of the day, I´m with Mr. Castro, F*+'# Ajax.....
