Shrek

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Shrek

Postby Mikhail Chigorin » Thu Oct 11, 2012 12:55 pm

A story vaguely related to football (apologies if it should have gone in the 'Off Topic' section) but, apparently, Shrek and the sack of potatoes he's married to, are having another little urchin/gremlin.

Several thoughts to ponder :-

(i) There's too much ugliness in the world today; Shrek and spouse should have had themselves sterilised.

(ii) Will the new 'arrival' be brought up as a Scum fan, or an Everton fan ??

(iii) Is it a 'grudge' baby i.e. has someone had it in for him ??

Being recently accused to be racist, I reckon I am entitled to choose option (i).

Taking the piss out of a loving couple's happy news is pretty low and in extreanmly poor taste imo. Bringing a newborn into the world is one of the most exciting and precious moments a couple can do whilst on this planet. Oh it's Shrek you say ... as you were

Not related to the second ugly little shit that slag will be popping out but it's shrek related.

Anyone remember what shrek said about the England fans in Africa after a piss poor performance by them. I remember he shouted something into the camera about the England fans after doing absolutely fuck all in the game (as per when he plays for England) and in his presser today he was praising the England fans the slimy little bastard.

After slagging England fans off, doing fuck all in ANY tournament he has played in, swearing into cameras in prem games, diving, badgering refs at any opportunity, blatantly kicking other players when they are walking away from him and elbowing players off the ball like the scummy like CUNTHOLE he is. They make the troll looking fucker England captain.

It's no fucking wonder they never come close to winning anything. They are shit. They pick shit managers. The shit managers always pick the same shit losers from the last shit tournament and the FA are a load of bent bottle job cunts that seem to know less about football than any single one of the many hairs on my scrotum.

I used to like international football but I haven't enjoyed/give a shit about a tournament since France 98.

To be fair to Woy, he sems to be having a bit of a clear out and giving some youngsters a chance (whether they are getting that chance too soon after only playing about 20 prem games in their lives is another matter of course)

They all do in qualifiers and friendlies. Then the team is announced for whatever tournament and none of them go. Just the same old farts ready to lose again.

( wasnt sure where to post this)

new fan group

The name is: The Citizens.

The idea is to improve the atmosphere at Manchester City with a dedicated European style fan movement.

This will consist of a rehearsed Capo/Leader guiding fans through songs, alongside the Capo will be a Drummer.
The Drum will help keep rhythm whilst singing. ( the drum is only idea btw may or may not happen)
The Capo will be stood at the front of the fans, preferably higher up on a box.

This is entirely influenced by European fan culture witnessed in The Etihad, some of which include Aris, Lech Poznan and more recently Borussia Dortmund.

Yes we are copying. But eventually our own things will take form. "The Poznan" was actually done by Aris 20+ years before Poznan, and then we copied them.

Fans in this area/block will be required to sing and go along with the Capo(s)

Sky Blue/White is the main colours of choice.
Scarves, Bandanas, T-Shirts, Wrist Ties, Hats, Anything City Colours is liked and needed.
The more colourful the better.

A Scarf is needed for some of the songs when everyone in the section raises a scarf.

This is a new project and takes time to build and rehearse.
The likes of Aris have been doing this for many years.
This is why they come across so well when creating atmosphere.

We have decided to go with the Chelsea EDS game as the first Rehearsal.

Sunday 4th November, 12:00pm Kick Off.

here is the graphic

Image

Then 4 days later is the Juventus game on the 8th November, 7pm kick off.

Entry is £3... it's on a sunday, no excuses guys, come along and let's get this going.

The Facebook Page: http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Citiz ... 7249542852
Twitter: @CitizensM

* We already have a Capo. We need one more.

* We need someone with a Drum ( just an idea btw)

* We also need a Megaphone

This can be a costly thing to get off the ground, so if you can contribute in anyway in Banners, Scarves, Flags... Or money to buy these items please get in touch.[/quote]

just agree with there aims btw and wasnt sure where to post this. btw there is a topic on bluemoon forum about this. the drum is only an idea btw. they are in talks with the blue alliance apparently.

Maybe in away games you could do that eastern european stuff.

At home though i doubt it will ever get off the ground. You would need the clubs backing and support in getting enough people sat together. You would need atleast a block to get it looking and sounding half decent and there will be plenty of long standing season card holders who will be happy to laugh and tell you to fuck right off when you try getting them involved or to move.

Shrek is a cunt.

know tolerance and patience aren't on top of Your virtues, Mate/Mase.
shall try again (to explain the sense):
1) I recently have been accused to be racist
2) the option one, marked as (i) of the poll proposed by OP is/may be considered borderline to a racist statement (despite the OP, our TOP BLOKE Mikhail, certainly is not one, before You try and fish me there!)
3) as a combined result of point 1) and 2) I felt and still feel, entitled (i.e. solved by Political correctness behaviours) to pick/cast the option (i), which, in turn, is the one which suits most my feelings towards the troll who fucked a bitch in a hotel when missus were pregnant

among brackets You have found one of the many aprreciation statements I have made public of my liking of Mikhail Chigorin.

Trust (I) that the above will help You to get through it and rest (You) assured that Your fishing skill won't have anymore fun out of me, in this thread... ;)

I've never turned off from International football but totally understand where you're coming fom mate. Giving Rooney the captaincy is a piss-take with all his antics. But we know it's not about who it should go to, it's about the sponsorship and the biggest sellers. Regardless of his indiscretions, the Rag contingent is by and far the biggest in this country and let's face it, do they actually give a shit what he does?

I can see him keeping it soon and they just couldn't wait to get it on his arm. A sad indictment of how the football viewing community see players in this present day.

To be honest, I hope this backfires. This, and every English player from Liverpool is beginning to grate. Just seems very much contrived rather than grown.

well, sterilizing an handicapped couple is supposed to be something very close to the Nazi's racial policy: but, yet again, only in the case of this "particular handicap", almost entirely due to the male wrong dna, I'd be very keen to vote for it... ;)

It kills real songs and atmosphere and i want no part of it

If your post was a piss take your first 2 lines made me puke and the WUM worked

If its serious...find another club.

I don't buy into all that European synchronised jumping around and singing yes it looks good but terrace chanting is supposed to be spontaneous not orchestrated by some guy with a megaphone.

No thanks

Oh yea shrek is a cunt and not a good role model so god knows why the FA chose him

it is serious mate, there are quite a few of them actuallly :) the drum is just an idea and it wouldnt be used like wigan or blackburn- that is utter shite. It would be used like the dortmund fans did. The group is all about singing and atmosphere, singing songs constantly for 90 minutes - no united songs. they are trying to help a poor atmosphere at the etihad, cant fault them for trying to do something.
