Why oh why does Balo approach the ref there. Is he the thickest cunt in football. He has been booked, were down to 10 and he approaches the trigger happy, it's all about me ref in the league. Balo might feel that his treatment is unjust but fuck me walk away and grow up. It's things like that, that make me want him gone. Got zero idea about the bigger picture.

I fucking hate football at the moment, its pretty much the most behind the times sport as far as officiating goes. Cheating, inconsistent, shit decisions. There should be atleast 2 refs on the pitch with video replays for major decisions too. Fuck if it slows the game down a bit, people pay enough for more than 90 mins entertainment anyway.

I still love City though.

Well, what can you say??? Started off very well and as we already knew, they'd try to hit us fast, and they did. No complaints about the sending off as he would have been one-on-one if Milner hadn't have brought him down; Vinnie's fuck-up, Milner took the brunt.

We're still threatening though and we've had far the better chances. Mario's show of skill should've finished with a goal, either from him or a pass to the 2 we had on the penalty spot. Mario's actually working hard but he's just not very good at tackling. Pity he doesn't get the same leeway as many of the British players in that respect, if it was Scholes/Shearer et al then it'd be laughed off.

Second half, I'd suggest Mario is subbed, only because we all know what's coming. Tevez to drop and either Edin or Sergio to lead the attack. We need to firm up the midfield and ensure they don't get that through ball again. Attacking, we just need to keep what we are doing and I'm sure it'll come.

But tell me, where did those added 4 minutes come from. No way did it take that much time to send Milner off and to sort Joe out. Those 4 minutes may just prove costly later, especially if there are a similar amount at the end.

If Balotelli gets himself sent off, he can fuck off forever.

It is a bad idea but imo it's no more than Rooney or anyone else would be doing. Clattenburg wants Balotelli off the pitch, the same way he did Bellamy. He lets players wind him up, get away with niggly fouls then penalises him for every slight challenge, hoping for a reaction.

The bloke is a cunt.

I agree. The problem is his reputation precedes him and this will always be a problem for him in England

A reputation well stirred and hyped by the rags loving media...

And a proven track record

like the fireworks on the sun, yeah. Yet again: I never was a great fan of the purchase, because i knew what was coming, but Ted is brightly right in his assessment.

He's done fuck all. Beside the lucky breakthrough he had. Add to that, he's lucky enough that he's still on the pitch. I would take him off right away and bring in Aguero.

HE'S DONE FUCK ALL ????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They've just showed him beat 3 fucking men & nearly score the goal of the fucking century & every attack had Balotelli involved but he's done fuck all ? And pray tell, who has been better than him ?

Let's get to the end of it, so you would rather keep him on and risk another red card?

I've agreed with every yellow for both teams so far. The Balo one was the softest but he was clearly lashing out after getting crunched. I don't like Clattenburg one bit, but I think he's doing fine today. Kompany and Milner are jointly to blame for the position we find ourselves in, though I still feel we can win this.

Ted - the cunt got a yellow for his usual petulant foul...HES A CUNT for putting us in this position regardless of Twattenburg wanting back page status.

Mancini HAS to take him off.

BTW, I've switched streams from an English one to some foreign channel, all because the commentating is repulsively one sided. I don't know which channel it was but it was quite obvious they do not like City.

Imo, the way refs jump on Mario is a form of bullying. They would rather join the gang than treat him with the same leniency they do certain others.

It's kinda weird watching the Italian sky and balotelli being lauded instead of ridiculed and persecuted.

We need to change shape as there's no one to receive the ball in the central areas when we're on the ball

can someone explain me why Shrek got the first yellow late in april last season? is that Balotelli fault? If Balo was a rag and sherk a blue - God not! - it would be the other way round.
yet again, I am not a great fan of Mario.
