Of course it is, a white person calling a black person 'blackey' is clearly racist in comparison to a black person calling a white person 'whitey'.
It's only the caucasian people that are racist.

All those Africans shouting shit at James Milner last year was fucking disgraceful....oh hang on, it didn't happen.

Mind you, the terrible racist shit the England cricket team gets in Pakistan, India & the West Indies, makes my blood boil...oh actually, no it doesn't because that didn't happen either.

Perhaps when Joe Hart gets a load of black geezers shouting racist shit at him, something will actually get done, but seeing as that doesn't actually happen, perhaps we should deal with the actual problem rather than the philosophical one, which is; black guys getting vile racist shit directed at them on the excuse of a football game.

White players already have one...its called the FA which is not so much a rainbow alliance but a snowy blanket of gleaming whiteness which is pretty much true of the game as a whole when it comes to actually running the damn thing.

So black players have now had enough and Lescott has had enough since 2006 and Ferdinand amongst others has said 'Fuck it' which given he ain't going to get picked for England again since he is a) a troublemaker and b) a black troublemaker at that, he might as well act like one and yes white dudes will start moaning why should black players get their own organisation and this doesn't help as if they were also victims in some unspecified away for being a) white and b) a dude and not actually part of the European Christian hegemony that has ruled the actual fucking world since the year dot but hey lets fret about black players forming their own association to go alongside that other threat to Western culture and civilisation - the mobo's.

Black white, brown or pakistani, we all come from the punani. The only people I'm prejudiced against are ones wearing top-hats and leopard patterned jackets.

I guess it depends on the country. Over here that person would for the most part be considered black. Not sure how it works over there.

If there's one thing history should have taught us it's that segregation doesn't work. Ridding football of racism is supposed to be a move towards inclusion and you can't do that by setting up a representative body based on skin colour.

I would dearly love to agree with you my friend but sadly history shows that segregation does work. Divide and conquer underpinned Britain's colonial success.

Other than that Pal, I agree wholeheartedly with the sentiment.

Subjugation underpinned colonial success. Anyway you're missing the context.

My comment on it not working was from the point of view of the 'whole', your comment of it working was from the point of view of one part of the 'whole' (ie white British people living during the days of Empire) - a system based on exclusion creates a false hierarchy of 'us' and 'them', of winners and losers, and leads to resentment and disatisfaction on the part of those losing out - when those feelings reach a critical mass it spells trouble. The Empire was a case in point, as was Apartheid in South Africa, and the situation in the USA during the '50's and '60's. As I said in my original post, inclusion is the only way to approach the problem of racism, not exclusion.

Jason Roberts says he would shake John Terry's hand by refuses to say if he thinks he is a racist.

What a spineless hypocrite!

who, Terry?
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.
