Regardless, you''re all cunts!

Booing is for GHs and girls, take yor pick!

You sound like Arse fans. If you don't understand that, you don't understand football.

It wasn't so much a boo as a collective sharp intake of breath at the sheer audacity and power of the free kick

The first half was one of the worst halves of football played by a City side I can recall of late...it was piss fucking poor in every respect.

I wouldnt have booed but I wasn't singing anyone's praises

HAHA. Kolorov? That was my last chance of trying to convince those around me we'd go in 1-0 up! I felt sorry for the ball at that moment. He treated it with unecessary and innacurate cruelty.

DIdn't hear anyone boo though. Personally I think if you're gonna have to have a little boo, then half time is an ok time to do it, compaerd to during the game. I didn't think today merited that though - we were playing shit, but we weren't boo-worthy imo. I felt like we were all trying to get over the midweek, and put some negativity to bed, whcih we were clearly struggling with. Booing would not have helped. THe crowd is generally pretty positive as a collective, where I stand anyway- even the many individual dissenters, reactionery, emotionally driven, and often right - join in when we get a singsong going to get behind the team. In this way we can help the players. Ees football.

I thought Tevez took the shot.

Never has a 1-0 win felt more like a 2-0 loss, it was fucking awful watching that.

fucking rag. how dare you criticise the best city team ever assembled? i mean, who cares if you work your life around watching them play and invest hard earned money in doing so. it was obvious they were giving their all in amsterdam and in the first 45 mins yesterday.

if those, brilliant, players cared half as much as we do as fans, we'd smash every team we came up against...

I thought the boo at half-time was mild and justified. Let the players know they were putting in a well sub-par performance, and give Mancini the ammunition to kick them up the arse at half-time.
And it worked, they came out second half playing the way they should, with pace, intensity & desire, which were all lacking previously.
They were understandably down after Weds night, and needed a lift. Singing and being positive hadn't worked, giving them a mild boot in the arse obviously did.
Having said that I think it's never right to boo during play, and leaving before the final whistle, presumably to beat the traffic, is the most pointless exercise ever. why are you doing it? to get home half an hour earlier? will the missus throw your tea away? do the pubs shut? do you hate the people you go to the game with and don't want to discuss the match while sitting in traffic?
You're right, you pays your money, you do what you like. But if you leave early you're an idiot. Cos I swear you'll never see anything like this ever again..
City have soul. United do not.

i heard the booing from where i was sat,ss2, i thought most of it came from colin bell stand, but there was other places as well. i didnt boo, but i didnt clap them off at halftime. and to be honest after half time we did play a little bit better, so did the booing help or was it marlo who came on.not too sure.

He started turning up about 2 years ago and literally if we aren't out of sight by half time he's moaning and slagging us off. Problem is, his fucking attitude is rubbing off on people around him, if it were down to me i'd have his season ticket taken off him, because he's not a supporter. The highlight for me was the 1-0 derby win last year and he was pissing and moaning that we'd only won by 1 after the fucking final whistle had blown, total total waste of time, and waste of a seat that a proper fan probably can't get access too!

I'm only 28, but in my time i've seen some real real crap that properly did deserve booing, but I never did it because I go to support City, this tosser, and thousands others aren't there to get behind the team, they want to sit there week in week out and want to be entertained without putting anything in or dealing with any subpar performances, they can all do one as far as i'm concerned.

Anyway, rant over.

Tell him to fuck off or support the team mate , I have got the same around where I sit it pisses me off , unfortunately a lot of these people I have to say are getting like rag supporeters who think they have got a devine right to win everything and instead of getting behind the team when they need it they would rather slag them off and moan.

Just because somebody has a different opinion to yours it doesn't make them the thought police.

This forum was set up so that people could express their opinions.

Do you think booing helps a team? How about an individual player? Kompany is having a bad time at the moment, would it sort him out if we all booed every time he got the ball? He earns enough, so it shouldn't do any harm.
