Let's hope we don't. Looking OK at Rangers and good in a match for Pescara is not exactly the CV we are looking for. I wish him well, but he is not top class, come on!

Quite right. Newcastle has eaten up Liverpool in centre midfield today. I wonder what the next half will bring from the man with the plan.

Newcastle's first eleven can give anyone a game on their day, it's a pity for them they haven't got much depth though, they really suffer with a couple of key injuries.

Anyone who has been advocating Colloccini as a possible City signing should watch this game.

And now he's sent of for a completely unnecessary tackle. I guess all players will make mistakes but that was a bad one at a bad moment .

Because one game wipes out a season of consistent performances.

No, because he's not very good & this is a perfect example. Savic was better than that.

Watch the game at the Etihad from last season, that's more typical of his ability.

I think Colocini was sent off for intent, but please explain to me who shot Saurez, and Stirling, when they went down?

Now that's way ott. Should we sell Kompany, because he was dogshit so far this season?

People should stop with this hyperbole nonsense. You'd think there's only two kinds of players - world class or rubbish.

Coloccini is a decent defender, who's been great for Newcastle in the last 3 seasons & easily good enough to be 3rd/4th choice at City.
