Ok. Basically Platty took complete control of the friday p con and treated the smug bastards with complete distain. The full p con was aired on SSN then SSN gradually edited it as the day went on as Platty completed murdered them and absolutley took the piss imho . Cooper later live on SSN refered Platty to being "spikey" in the p con ..... pmsfl !
Thread on Bluemoon with 80 posts and 3100 views generally all in agreement plunty should now do the p cons as he handles them brilliantly and Bobby Manc manage the team .

And yes, Platt should do more of these. So has Platt generally been accepted by City fans yet or still some hate hanging in there?

You know.... revenge and sin bans are not copyright of whiskey bleeding noses, i mean.
maybe it's a tad early...
Think it's about bright that the Club is already taking benefit of having a TOP SENIOR CEO, at full time service, able to coordinate all the abilities at the club. the PR job is clearly started, and the latest issue of Inside City is another clue of it: It almost counter the whole range of the "official" portrait of the Club brought from the Media to sick minds.
there is even a very apt and clever excerpt from the Opponents' presser (Class!) in replay to all the morons that keep continue to consider a clueless anyone who switch a right footed on the left or put a midfielder upfront... football has changed in 1974, but some weak minds have yet to realize it.Hazy2 wrote:Douglas Higginbottom wrote:Platt is top class at handing the press/media of that there is no doubt.

and why not? what's assistants are in for? You surely have notice a subtle mention to the manager being busy elsewhere.
not sure if this is on line with the true meaning of your suggestion, but the key to get true the whole show is "sarcasm" and "slightly snub disdain".
David Platt is Mancini's man not to lesser extent than Marwood was Cookie's. a very long built relationship started at my hometown, many years ago
