I take my fair slice of blame for being forced to hack that into a pathetic, public sin wash. It's apt to renew my public apologies for being unwillingfully involved.
Once again, I am NOT [edited for accuracy] an accountant and my legal practice is very borderline to onland business, but I've never suffered a moment of headache for the FFPR joke.
The only serious problem problem in accountancy is TO HAVE MONEY to play with: when You thick that ingredient, there will always be countless tricks and several top qualified advisors are there every day available to teach to cook a perfect cake, irrespectively of any set of Rules might ever be put in force, under whatsoever jurisdiction.
that's why wall street will never pay taxes in the same fair proportion of mean street. Cynical. unfair, but sadly, the simple truth.
