That's a poor decision from the assistant..... I won't complain but that's not how it's supposed to be...

Seems like the linesman thought the first defender's arm touched it (which it clearly didnt)

Replays are concentrating on the first defender who jumped with his arm up, linesman flagged for handball apparently. (No contact on the replay though)
