Do you think Carroll will start to score now or was it a one off?

We can always hope !!

Danny Rose kind of caught my eye. He played fairly well, although I havent watched him play closely before.
Any thoughts on him? Has anyone been following Rose a bit closer and could share opinion of his game?
22 I believe, homegrown, not to expensive ( transfermarkt says 3 mil oyros, but more like 5 or even 6 maybe)

if we were to sell mista Kola, who would you like to have instead?

Neven Subotic.

There is this Spaniard at Norwich who's looking good. Where did they find him ??

So, over 3 hours of football, we've conceded a solitary (deflected) goal against the two best teams in the division.

I'll take it.

i've never seen kolarov play as a left back either....

Nice comment.

I was being completely facetious when I suggested Neven Subotic (I really am a big fan, if you hadn't noticed) but, in all seriousness, we do have several players who can fit in at left back and do a better job there than Kolarov, if he were to be off-loaded and Clichy was injured at any time: - namely Lescott, PabZab and even Milner.

Realistically, the left back spot might now have to be Lescott's future, if he were to stay with us.

Getting rid of Kolarov also might be a spur to one of the younger players in the pipeline, to step up to the plate and make a name for himself.

One of the funniest things, according to commentary was the speed by which Taggart flew towards the fella with the 'extra time board', towards the end of the game.

No Fergie time tonight.

We were actually rattling them with 10 left and didn't let up.

We weren't about in the league last season, but, just think it through. We are the last promoted side, missing our 'Midfield General', Noble, Benayoun, (international) Diarra and long-term injured Collison, but still we restricted Man U to a deflected winner, a Hernandez fizzer that Jussi saved well and a night of long-shots, dives and dithering.

Chelsea also lost further ground. They're our next opponents. We've lost two games running for the first time this season.

I trust Sam, Nolan, Jussi, Tomkins and a few others to really give those West London mugs a game this weekend.

If we do, your advent calendars can be emblazoned 'Two Horse Race'.

Cheers Mate, for redeeming some part of the rage I felt towards Fat Sam and Your Club when I looked at the score sheet.
In all honesty I couldn't see Your game and reading Your feedback bring some fair perspective to my gut feeling.
After the brave and massive effort You raised versus the Champions, I had some expectations for Your yesterday tie vs. the filth, actually I thought that putting the same bravery and effort You could have taken the whale purse. Then I saw VanCunty had scored as soon as the ref blew the ko and I happened to be lost in dirty thoughts about Sam... Certainly missing Noble, Benayoun and Diarra was a very unfortunate blow onto the wrong game.

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...
