Iv been reading a lot of rubbish about replacing Roberto and don't see why we would he has been fantastic. Even won me over from the Hughes sacking. So what's Guardiola and Morinho got that Mancini hasn't.. anyone want these at our club?

In the time it has taken Fergie to notch United all their PL titles, we've gone through 19 managers

So, surely after winning the League for us just once, he has a potential time spanning the length of his predecessors to match his own feat.

Whatever happens in the future regarding Bob or Pep, we are on the rise.
This is a house that Bob is building and it is evolving very nicely. Guardiola is a top coach and if he is seen as a managerial improvement by our owners. he will inherit a strong team.
I have no doubt that we will succeed whether Bob continues with his evolution or the baton passes to Pep.

Bith are quality coaches and both have the wherewithall to take us onwards. I am happy with Bob at present but would have few problems with Pep. though, it would be a gamble.

Whatever our owners want I go with. I love Bobby and will not want a change for a changes sake AKA Chelsea, Guardiola for me is the only man who could come in and us not look stupid.

Mancini has delivered the plan faster than expected - he deserves and gets my full loyalty - I hope and believe our owners feel the same

If we replaced him now we would look like complete and utter twats

I think Guilliam Balague, will be the one to follow on this. He appears on board with the owners project after his visit last week, he also thinks we are Peps best option.

Glad to see we've been shmoozing some of the rent-a-gobs, we might get a more level headed opinion from them the next time they get asked for a comment about us.

The main problem with the 19 managers we went through was that plenty of them weren't actually very good, so factor that in to the equation. Hughes for example has found his level, ie unemployment.

Of those 19 appointments since Slur Alex won his first title, name one of them who went elsewhere and won a tangible trophy?

Guilliam Balague was on talksport last week talking about his new book, (a bio. on Pep). Ferguson has done the book Introduction and is apparently a huge Pep fan.
Balague also mentioned that Stuart Pearce gave Pep a trial for City, (when Pep was a player), but rejected him.
With Ferguson likely to retire, FFP coming in and with their huge worldwide income the rags will be an attractive proposition for either Pep or Jose.
I suspect Jose may return to Chelsea? He said he will go where "he is wanted" and the Chelsea fans love him.
While Jose seems to be the best young manager in the world his temperament is sometimes questionable.
Our Bobby seems a lot more relaxed lately. Whatever happens with Pep or Jose, Bobby will always be loved by our fans for bringing us the first trophies.

I listened to the interview with Ballbag and got the impression that he was trying to line-up Giardiola for the job, not the bosses. He totally dismissed Mancini at every turn to the point where I thought he was no longer our manager. Being the author of Pep's biography should give him more credence however, I just found him to be a snivelling little fuck trying to make a mark for his paymaster.

If Guardiola comes to City it will be because Mancini fails to attain his goals, not just because Guardiola is a free agent. At the same time it will be a risk to take him on, but one that the top corridor will consider appropriately. I wonder if he'd accept the youth team job?
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".
