Did some decent things tonight but sadly missed a great chance. He really should have scored that.

But the only time I have a real problem with Edin is when he plays as if drugged like tonight! He just seems so lethargic and couldn't care less with no energy at all.

I had been impressed by the attitude & workrate of both Dzeko & Balotelli this season, but the more games Dzeko starts, the less arsed he looks & the shitter he seems to get & Balotelli tonight was a small boy pretending not to be scared.

How much longer do we give it ?

Hope he's on the bench come Sunday. He'll be handy if we're chasing a late goal.

If he signs for another club he'll score bucketfuls. This is what we keep hearing. Dzeko scores bucketfuls for us.

It's what he costs the team when he doesn't score or even in between scoring goals, that's the problem.

There's a reason Ferguson got rid of Van Nistlerooy & it wasn't lack of goals.

Dzeko wasn't to blame last night as he had definitely been drugged by someone.

"Balotelli tonight was a small boy pretending not to be scared." That's an interesting one Ted.Might be right too and in the 30 minutes last night it was a weird cameo where basically everything he did was wrong.

Mancini has big decisions to make in January as well as in the games this month to keep us top or close to it.

You know PALUS hasn't been on the board for a while when the first Dzeko thread didn't come up until the 8th page on this forum!!

Anyway, our hat-trick hero from last night forced his way into starting line-up against Stoke for me. With Edin you never know what you'll get really, but often when he's on form and full of confidence he scores a few before it dries up again for him.

Took his chances very well yesterday and he defo got lot of confidence from the early goals. hope he can carry on from that and another brace against Stoke wouldn't be too bad would it?

Not gonna happen though as I think he'll be dropped and it will be Tevez-Aguero up front

I think Dzeko will get the start vs Stoke. With Huth and Shawcross in the back and maybe Crouch up front (or Kenwayne Jones) we need some height. We can't play them with Silva-Aguero-Tevez-Zaba-Clichy. All of those are very small.

However, the Norwich game seems to be the first all season that Dzeko has done well from the start...if I am remembering correctly. Sometimes he plays well and then gets the start and sucks so bad. But we shall see.

Feel sorry for the QPR fans. This is Hughes' mess and he should still be there trying to clean it up. Wanker.

if not either injured or Mancini daft. Tbf he already has been when picked the frontmen for the Britannia trip,
Reckon Edin will start on NYE.

Was it because he didn't know he was playing til late on? Has Mancini stumbled on something?

maybe he said listen you fucks stop playing for yourselves and play as a team. it was obvious to us lot that certain players were being selfish and not passing to other players.

although the first goal, I am wondering if aguero could have passed to dzeko first instead of silva.
Still here.
