Postby mcfcshoz » Fri Dec 07, 2012 5:00 pm

what a fuckin joke our clubs online shopping is .
i ordered £85 worth of stuff on sunday night for presents for my lad nephews and neice . and recieved an email saying it will be delivered by wednesday . nothin turned up . so phoned them thrusday and was told 100% that all items will be delivered today friday.
yet again nothin turned up today . so just phoned them and they have now told me items were dispatched on wednesday and its not in there hands anymore cos the courier company have the items now.
i think a stongley worded email of complaintis goin to be sent to the club

Make sure its not worded like that otherwise they might not understand the complaint.

Our club shop used to be brilliant, in the last year or so they've become shockingly bad. Very rarely does an order not have a problem for me anymore.

Emailing them normally produces the usual wank "we are unable to help with your problem, but take the feedback on board" kind of reply too.

had no issue ordering from the city shop. Nothing but impressive service for me. Ordering to the USA, with no special shipping options selected and it arrived within 5 days.

I ordered an MUFC jacket for a friend once and they sent me a great big fucking sack of shit.

I was about to complain but then I realised it was exactly what I'd ordered.

Selling out to kitbag was a big mistake. The company is making heavy losses across it's range of brands so is having to make serious cut backs. The range of leisure wear in the store now is so poor that last time i went in with a gift voucher to spend i came out with a collar for my dog as nothing i liked was afordable.

Yes, it was clearly described on the package that it was a blue MCFC jacket i didn't even try to open it because it was a see through plastic bag. Someone at the Royal Mail was having a laugh probably?
