They're just like a piece of shit on your shoe, annoying, smelly and you can't wait to get rid of it.....so altogether now

My Father said to me one day"is it red or BLUE for you ?",
and if it's red you're out the door and i won't see you no more,
and then one Saturday afternoon he took me to Moss Side,
He said "my Son your time has come and this is a lesson in pride",
You see the scum you never run,
You stand and fight your ground,
and when you've won on Derby Day,
You're sure to hear this sound,
Hark now hear,
The CI...TY sing,
united ran away,
and we will fight for ever more,
because of Derby Day.

Derby day is finally here. Looking forward to a mouth watering game. I have a feeling there will be goals galore. I can see us winning this one 3-2. What a great Christmas present it will be.
C'mon City!

I have a feeling it will be the opposite. my prediction is 0-1 and the goal will come from a typical cross we can't prevent

I'm thinking the same mate. I wonder if one of Mancini's remits is to ensure a win, or at least a great game, against the Rags. The global audience in this game is huge so a win over United could well be seen as the biggest PR exercise within our armoury.

Either that or Mancini just likes pummelling Taggart.

Thread name sorted :)

I have a feeling Mancini will throw in a wild card ... whether it's Balo or Maicon, not sure, though I'd prefer the later. And I really hope I don't see Garcia's name anywhere, playing XI or subs.

I think most managers do this, throw someone in that they think the opposition won't expect, or plan for. One of Taggarts minions alluded to it the other day.

Glad to see Clichy back in the team. Balo is a huge gamble IMO

"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

No surprises ... that's odd for Mancini ... I think both will actually be happy with a draw ... it'll be a slow burner, no one's going to start too aggressively and sit back ... and then by 70 odd minutes, if it is still 0-0, no one is going to go for it ... however either side nicks an early goal, then expect this to open up and turn into a classic!
