don't want to get into the semantics of whether or not it would be right to sack mancini - this is just what I think will happen

I think the same, right or wrong on Mancini, I think this is exactly how it will play out.

This is how I see it, but the FA Cup might save us and Bob yet.

I stopped reading at this point because we have just had an unbeaten run of 21 league games.

How many of those were wins this season? We need 8 or 9 wins on the spin, to try to close a 6 point gap? In 16 league games we've already drawn 6 of them. Draws wont cut it from here onwards, and Id rather have lost 3 or 4 games and won the other 12, than drawn as manay games as we have.

You didn't say wins, you said "a long run of unbeaten games". Like the one we have just been on. If that is not evidence that it can happen, I don't know what is.

I am wondering exactly what some people expect.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

win every game by 3 goals ... 75% clean sheets, 0 losses/0 draws. Can't do that? We've lost the league already.

Yeah, well, since leaving us Hughes has proved his manager credentials.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?
