Zabaleta was very good and man of the match for me.

Notable mentions to Hart, Garcia, Yaya Toure and Silva too.

PS. Little shout out for Lescott. He seemed to calm things down at the back and from those last 15 minutes it looked like he should've started.

Agreed with the Lescott quote :-)

Zabba hands down. He popped up on the left wing to cross for Aguero's goal, and ninety seconds later is putting in a last ditch tackle at right back. His work rate is simply unbelievable.

I'm not voting for Tavez, just out of principle.

Zaba for me. He's got to be in career best form right now.

Yaya and silva and Nasri all passed the ball like they used to as well.

Sometimes you see things difgferent from the TV to the stands - you also get replays and summing up etc. But for me in the stands Zabba was not only clear MOTM there was no other player anywhere close - and there were some good performances - Zabba though was immense

i voted for yaya i think the pass that led to the first goal was very good, and the third goal put us two ahead and stopped a period of Newcastle pressure that could have easily made it 2-2.

could have gone for zabba or silva though as both also had great games

It's great not to have to pick players for their defensive contributions. Let's keep it up for the rest of the season.
