I prefer to think that he didn't pass to Dzeko because Dzeko is playing like shyte at the moment ...

He didn't pass to Dzeko much when Dzeko was on top form last season, nor to Balotelli. Consequently, Dzeko stopped passing to him. The less than convincing effort by Dzeko to pick him out on Saturday suggests that may be about to happen again.

I'll back that up mate. Silva seems to do the same, choosing Aguero even if Dzeko is the better option.

Can someone here fill in the blanks for me about the game please, I was in work and only saw the highlights from motd, which were ruined by that fat potato talking about geordie shore.

How did Nasri and garcia perfom? I see nasri got the assist and seemed like the player we hoped he would be (from the highlights) but was taken off early?

Bar garcia's goal, it seems from this thread he was doing better than usual or at least improving.

You can fill in Your blanks watching it recorded:

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...

Hate going to newcastle but was up there anyway so suffered the climb to the Gods and the birds eye view.We played some delightfully sophisicated penetrative football, possibly helped by the runs Doug says Bob was showing them in training. In that case he should do it more often. Incredibly frustrating that we weren't six up at Ht.Then we suffered as they exploited Garcia's lack of pace, kolo's lack of anything centre half-like and that coont Mariners terminal fecking blindness to blatent rough house tactics. But we were close enough to the God's to implore their help, too superior to get beat and all ended well. And as ever the toon fans I met were magnaminous. And the beer was strong and generously flowing.Dont expect too many rerunsof this easy victory. Toon thought they were too good to exclusively defend like lots do but they had all their creative players out so were easy pickings. But good to see ya Ya,Silva and Nasri dominating, despite Mariner allowing Toon to kick them to feck.Garcia is getting better. He's now only hopeless as was clear from that height.i'm not sure he has the temperament to make it and he makes Nige look like a rocket propelled street racer . Yes, given time he can play, and he's dominant in the air, an improvement there over Nige, but the rest of his game, deerie me. He missed some ten yard passes by ten feet! And for a big man he doesn't look like he relishes the dirty stuff.Hope I'm wrong.

Lescott came on and headed the ball. Surprise, eh?Zab at last listened to my screams and delayed his cross to pick out Ya Ya, so moving inexorably to player of the year imo.And two of our strikers have to go this jan.Now time for Bert to stop whining about Ya Ya's ANC disappearance and start planning for alternatives. Some hope. And don't ask me about the grub in the boozer, feckin hell. Picts!
