Khaldoon is a GIANT - business wise (and not only) . in front of Gill/Rummenigge dwarfs. He has invested in excess of 1bn pounds on this project and someone can seriously think that HE might allow those bitter dwarfs to fuck it up through some regulatory tricks?

The thing you seem to ignoe is that the FFPR is actually happening now. It is not something in the future. City seem to be taking it quite seriously and have adopted a financial policy which reflects that. Do you really think that Bob wanted Garcia, Rodwell and Sinclair?

150m euros for each of four seasons, then 200m euros for the fifth season - from the Qatari state tourism board, which they are trying to say is not a sponsorship deal, but a giant "publicity campaign intended to promote the image of Qatar".
It's been obvious they had something planned since they spent big in the summer, by the way. (Same with Chelsea).
