i think a front 3 of silva/tevez/aguero with barry, milner and garcia/rodwell behind them gives us enough attacking options and keeps us defensively sound. i guess milner would play the yaya role and get forward.

nasri is awesome going forward when he wants, but defensively he may as well not be on the pitch.

For the nth time, I will be desperately happy to be proven wrong on my - very personal - assessment of Javi's potentiality to adapt to the demand of prompt reactions in the Prem's midparks.
one started the obvious, I would like to see if - given some return of good luck, injury wise - the remainders will step up to de plate, as aptly implied in the title.
I expect to stick with the former Villa pair as much as possible for the 2 holding position in front of back 4, with possible rotation of Nasri to give them a break when needed and some part-time integration from Abdi Razak.
the roaming 3 should preferentially Dave, Tevez and Nasri, with possible integration of Mario
Sergio, Mario & Edin to rotate upfront.
I think we can cope with that, given what appears to be an improved never-say-die Team spirit.

As already said, I don't think that January is the right time for the few kind of moves we need to improver further, but, would obviously make an exception should an one-stop-only opportunity (De Rossi? doesn't look probable according to latest Italian rumours) arise.
Other than that, City is already the best PL side, with little room for improvement, and these kind of teams are very rarely enhanced with January signings. We will finally have the opportunity to operate promptly and accorded to plans in summer.

Milner is the natural replacement.

We'd prob lose at Arse with Ya Ya, without him we will definately lose there as its a graveyard ground for us.

I agree. Perfect opportunity to give him a run of games pushed up behind the front two and with silva there also, could be very potent. Yayas absence could lead to an exciting formation.

Arsenal are very beatable and fragile but they absolutely hate us so they WILL be up for that i am sure , we will deffo need Milner, Gazbaz , Nasri and Silva combo , if Nasri is still suffering from a sore fanny i would gamble with bringing back Micah (if fully fit) at right back and push Zabba the gladiator into midfield to kick fuck out of midgets Wiltshire and co .
