We have 4 potential world class strikers and they have all fallen to pieces. When Aguero came to the club he was on fire, a few months of mancini nagging at him to do things differently and his form dropped significantly (except for when tevez came back) and that dip has continued this season. Tevez is our main threat and makes things happen yet he cant get a start.

If we got Falcao, he would be great for the first few months, then he would become used to Mancini's slow mundane training sessions and he would lose his sharpeness and there would be people on here looking to get rid of him to sign another world star.

We should work with what we have got, tevez and aguero as the main two, if ballo and dzeko are happy to play backup and be an integral part of the squad then keep them if not get rid and we use our accademy like every other club in the world

So you watch training regularly do you?

not at all, i see a few bits on the website but mostly from Doug's reports and i what i take from them is that Mancini stops and starts training alot to have his input, he takes players away to work on certain aspects of play and leaves the rest around to tap the ball around and keep warm. although this is showing attention to detail, there is no intensity or creative spark and it is now showing in our games. our strikers look like they need that extra split second to decide what to do and it is costing us goals and also causing panic in other areas of the field. we just dont look like a team that has played together consistently for the last 2 years.

Desperate times call for desperate measures people. Our strikers are struggling to score on a regularly basis so I think we need to sell one and buy one. I think Falcao has the potential to change our season. That would be the only way of competing with the RVP/Rooney partnership.

Don't know what you're getting so excited over. There was a player who scored 7 in a match once.

Alternatively we could give the Tevez, Aguero, Nasri, silva front four a run of games together again.

Didn't hurt end of last season did it?

I don't see him moving until the summer. It's not like his value is going to drop between the January window and the summer. Plus Atletico is currently sitting second in the league 6 points behind Barca and 5 points ahead of Real. If they were to finish second it would be their highest league position in the last decade.

Anyone seen the vid of Falcao at our academy? Not seen it/able to find it as im on phone but pretty sure it will be pretty easy to locate.

Apparently it was for a soccer am feature. I hope to fuck we gave him the special treatment!
