There's the quote from Bob.

He sees what we see.

Can he fix it ?

Its a fucking bizarre thing to say though isnt it?

What does he want them to do? Is he saying that this fucking around the area isnt part of the plan, that the players have been doing this for 12 months without him sorting it! That he wants a more direct approach but the players cant or wont deliver it

I know on the pitch the responsibility lies with the players to carry out his instructions, but if they werent doing what he wanted in previous games, why would you continue to pick them?

Balo back at Norwich. Plus another raft of changes, for me he is all over the shop with his tactics and selections, players look like new signings game to game. What is it they say the team picks itself, not with RM. He has become hard to read for all and sundry. Performances are crap.

In another quote somewhere, he specifically mentions that we have to shoot, & it all pretty much suggests that he has the exact same criticism of our play as we are talking about (apart from those of us who bizarrely say we've cured it because we won the league last season!).

So it all goes back to the same question I asked on the other thread; are we going to get this right at some point ? Have we not used enough time & money to get it right already ?

Bob has brought it out in the open now. Let's see what he does to fix it. That should give us the ultimate proof of his capabilities. If he sorts it out, then it will be obvious to everybody that he has the ability to influence the players. If he can't do that, he's not got what it takes; simple.

I got a DVD of last season as a Xmas present and I watched it yesterday. What I noticed is the amount of goals we scored by shooting from outside the penalty area. All our players did it. The one that stands out is Yaya's against Stoke.
It's very obvious we're not doing that this season and we're clearly paying for it. Yesterday match was a prime example of our passing game not working and where shooting from outside should have been deployed. I guess it was up to Bobby to tell his players to do that. Did he, didn't he ?

I see HARTS in the papers again talking and talking when in fact he should just drink a mug of SHUT THE FUCK UP and focus on not letting in pub team goals.

Hes costing us too many times this season , and thats not what a supposed TOP ENGLAND KEEPER should be doing.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

did you see his post-match interview on the OS? He seems shattered and not the happiest person in the world. What did he say in the papers?

The cunt said this but he should have added "Ive let in some fuckign clangers and I should not allow those ones to go in....Im sorry"

“We’ve had leads, United have had the lead — it’s to-ing and fro-ing at the moment.
“We’re a team of winners, it’s hard and it hurts but we’ve got to move on. It is hard to lead and it is hard to chase.
“We’ve clawed points back before — we proved it at the end of last season. We’ve just got to believe.”
