john....this ooh ain't life grand bollox is getting a bit tiresome....having put up with 2 lumps of coal and some hand me down hob nail boots for most of my life i, like you, love the fact that we have been given a set of scalextric, an xbox and an ipad...the only problem is that, at the moment, there seems to be a power cut which means that none of them work....there is nothing more frustrating than looking at these bloody brilliant thing sitting there idle....i'd rather have the lumps of coal and hob nail boots because at least i could something with them...

is it too much to ask the players going out onto the park to show some passion and to use their own minds from time to time????

I am every bit as frustrated as anyone on here Mate. When the game is on, I would happily offer my services to Carl as chief cat kicker, for free. Yes, we have a problem that we seem unable to solve but it will only be solved by cold calculated thought and not by any amount of frustrated rantings. Emotionally I am in the same place as you and most others.

Continuing your analogy of the Xbox, scalextrix..etc. There is no power cut mate. Our problem is that some other fucker is in the way and we can't get near it to play.

The answer is to shift em, but they don't want to move. They have no interest in playing themselves but are blocking us. We have to find the answer to move them even when the utterly refuse.
